Acquisition of Property Act (Chapter 32:10)
An Act to make provision authorizing the acquisition of property for public and other purposes, and for settling the amount of any compensation to be paid, or any matter in difference.
This Act sets out rules for the acquisition, by agreement or compulsory, of immovable property or leasehold on immovable property by the President of Botswana on behalf of the State and for compensation for loss of property
