Agricultural Management Associations Act (Chapter 35:08)
An Act to provide for the constitution, registration and control of agricultural management associations; to provide for the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities of members thereof; and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
This Act provides a legislative framework for the constitution and operation of Agricultural Management Associations. Agricultural Management Associations are formed by citizens of Botswana, who wish to be associated for the purpose of undertaking a collective agricultural venture i.e. a venture concerned with horticulture, fruit growing, seed growing, dairy farming, the breeding and keeping of livestock and the use of woodlands.
