Aquatic Weeds (Control) Act (Chapter 34:04)
An Act to provide for the control of aquatic weeds and matters incidental thereto.
This Act provides for the control of aquatic weeds. "Aquatic weed" is defined in section 2 as aquatic weed specified in the Schedule, including any portion, fragment, trace, or seed of any such weed.
