Atmospheric Pollution (Prevention) Act (Chapter 65:03)
An Act to provide for the prevention of pollution of the atmosphere by the carrying on of industrial processes and for matters incidental thereto.
The Act consists of 17 sections divided into 4 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Control within Controlled Areas (III); General (IV).
