Botswana College of Agriculture Act (Chapter 57:02)
An Act to provide for the establishment of the Botswana College of Agriculture.
This Act establishes the Botswana College of Agriculture as a body corporate (sect. 2). The pre-existing Botswana Agricultural College is abolished and all assets and facilities transferred to the College established under this Act (sect. 11).
