Botswana Meat Commission (Transition) Act, 2019 (No. 20 of 2019)
An Act to provide for the registration of Botswana Meat Commission as a public company limited by shares under the Companies Act; for its continued existence as if it had been incorporated under that Act, and for matters incidental thereto.
This Act provides that the Botswana Meat Commission may apply to the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act to be registered as a public company limited by shares and that it shall, upon registration, continue to exist as if it had been incorporated under that Act.
