Cruelty to Animals Act (Chapter 37:02)
An Act to make provision for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
This Act defines offences in relation with the cruel treatment of domestic animals including any wild animal in a state of captivity. It also provides for the destruction of maltreated animals on a court order and the slaughter of injured animals.
