Electricity Supply Act (Chapter 73:01)
An Act to make provision for the licensing and control of undertakings for the generation and supply of electricity and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
This Act provides rules for the generation and supply of electricity and related matters. Generation or supply of electricity requires a licence issued by the Minister.
