Industrial Development Act, 2019 (No. 23 of 2019)
An Act to provide for the regulation of manufacturing enterprises through their licensing, registration and supervision to facilitate industrial development and for connected and incidental matters.
The scope of application of the Act is manufacturing enterprises operated and/or owned wholly or partly by a citizen or non-citizen of Botswana. It also makes extensive provisions for enterprises to which the Act does not apply to.
