Industrial Development Act (Chapter 43:01)
An Act to re-enact, with amendments, the Industrial Development Act.
This Act makes provision for the licensing and regulation of industrial activities and for this purpose establishes licensing committees for each city, town or district council, a Regional Appeals Board in each region and, at national level, the Industrial Licensing Authority.
