Public Authorities (Functions) Act (Chapter 02:11)
An Act to provide for the exercise of functions by the President, Ministers, public officers, public bodies and other authorities and for matters connected therewith.
This Act sets out general rules for the functioning of the public administration. The Act applies to every enactment to which the Interpretation Act applies, except where the contrary intention appears.
