Radiation Protection Act (Chapter 24:03)
An Act to provide for the safe uses of atomic energy and nuclear technology and for matters incidental thereto.
This Act makes provision with respect to the control of and the protection from radiation caused by the use of nuclear energy or technology and establishes for these purposes the Radiation Protection Board.
