Registration of Livestock Act (Chapter 36:04)
An Act to make provisions for the Registration of Farm Livestock and their Pedigrees.
This Act establishes the right of the South African Stud Book Association: (a) to register pedigrees of farm livestock bred in or imported into Botswana; and (b) to issue certificates of registration of pedigrees of farm livestock and to publish pedigrees in the form of stud, herd or flock books.
