Tourism Act (Chapter 42:09)
An Act to make provision for regulating the tourist industry with a view to promoting its development and well-being.
This Act concerns the licensing of tourism enterprises as specified in the First Schedule and establishes for this purpose the Tourist Industry Licensing Board.
