Tribal Land Act (Act No. 1 of 2018)
An Act to provide for the continuation of Land Boards; to vest tribal land in such boards; to define the powers and duties of such boards; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
The Act is divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); Establishment and Functions of Land Boards (II); Financial Provisions (III); Grant of Customary Land Rights (IV); Grant of Land Rights under Common Law (V); Land Required for Public Purposes (VI); Land Board's Consent to Deal with Land (VII); General (VIII).
