Bruno Williams gained admission to the bar in Botswana in 1993 and has practiced mostly in the dispute resolution arena in our jurisdiction since then. He has a wealth of knowledge in commercial litigation and arbitration and his experience covers a broad spectrum of disputes, including corporate, construction, debt-recovery and insolvency, labour and employment, and administrative and regulatory challenges, to list a few. His litigation expertise also extends to the field of delict and property law.
He is also knowledgeable and experienced in the legal and regulatory nuances in the international commercial aviation sector, having served as group corporate counsel for an offshore global aviation corporation domiciled in Mauritius.
