Andre Bell is a seasoned commercial practitioner, admitted in Botswana and South Africa. An ex-investment banker, he has over 20 years of transactional and project finance experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.

With a focus on financing, projects and acquisitions, Andre regularly represents international and local lending institutions, investors, and borrowers, in transactions across all sectors, both within and outside of Botswana.

He is recognised as a Legal500 EMEA recommended lawyer since 2019, and further recognised in Chambers Global since 2018.

Jayne Cross is a partner in the Civil Litigation practice.  Her area of expertise is in the field of insurance law, commercial and civil litigation and liquidations.  Jayne has extensive experience in domestic and cross border litigation.

Jayne is a trainer in the Trial Advocacy Course administered by the Law Society of Botswana, in conjunction with US and East African lawyers which provides legal advocacy training skills.
