Kelebileone joined the firm in November 2017 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Botswana in March 2014. Kelebileone has acted for both local and international clients in litigation proceedings across various sectors, with a particular focus on construction, mining, energy, and banking.
He has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, resolution of labour disputes, intellectual property as well as general advisory and regulatory work. He regularly advises financial institutions on third-party insurance claims, corporate recoveries, insolvencies, and restructuring. He also advices on resolution of procurement disputes.
He graduated with an LLB from the University of Botswana in October 2013. He was subsequently admitted as a Conveyancer and Notary Public. Kelebileone is a member of both the Law Society of Botswana and Botswana Institute of Arbitrators in good standing. As of 2022, he is also an Associate member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC.

Tebogo Mapitse is a Partner in Bookbinder Business Law Corporate Department and is the Head of the Compliance Department. He specialises in corporate commercial transactions, particularly, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, energy regulation, banking, and finance, regulatory and advisory and insolvency and restructuring.
Tebogo has extensive experience in a variety of sectors, allowing him to advise local and international clients across the entire value chain of commercial transactions. His expertise extends to conducting due diligences in diverse sectors including banking, telecommunications, data protection, mining, property, and tourism, drafting of commercial agreements and obtaining regulatory approvals.
He has an LLB from the University of Botswana and certificates in Corporate Due Diligences, Commercial Loan Financing, and Syndicated Loan Financing Transactions from the University of Cape Town.

Mark McKee is the Consultant Partner and founder of Mckee Commercial Law and is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of Botswana, High Court of England and High Court of South Africa. He is a highly experienced, technical and commercially minded, banking and finance lawyer with a track record of success and a broad range of skills, gained in a range of legal advisory, partnership and senior management roles.
